Her commitment to excellence is underscored by her certifications, including Certified Wedding & Event Planner by the Euro-American Union, as well as certifications from the To Be a Wedding Planner Institute and Event & WP certification from Instituto Iberoamericano Event Planner INIBEP, with validation from Atlanta University.

With over 15 years of extensive expertise in Corporate Event strategies, Training, and Talent Acquisition, Karla is a true people-oriented professional. In January 2017, she founded KA Event Architect, driven by her unwavering passion for creating emotional and memorable experiences for individuals.
In 2019, KA Event Architect evolved into a renowned Destination Wedding Firm after successfully planning and executing its inaugural international wedding, featuring a Chinese bride and a Korean groom, collaborating with the industry's finest talents at the time. This remarkable event garnered widespread attention, becoming the most talked-about wedding of its time, and thrusting Karla Arroyo into the spotlight.
Since then, Karla and her dedicated team have earned a reputation as leaders in orchestrating international urban weddings within the city and in picturesque tourist destinations across the country. Rebeca Torres, a Tourism graduate from the Autonomous University of Yucatan, boasts 12 years of customer service and event creation experience. She has collaborated with esteemed establishments such as the Anticavilla Boutique Hotel and Hyatt chain hotels. Her diverse background spans travel agencies, restaurants, hotels, and sales.
Certified in English by the Language Centre of the Autonomous University of Yucatan, Rebeca excels in both academic and social events. Currently, she serves as a Wedding Planner at KA Event Architect, where her expertise ensures memorable and seamless weddings.
FLOR VALERIO
Florencia Valerio is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Tepeyac University and over 15 years of experience in five-star hotels, where she led the Guest Service, Groups, and Catering departments. Her dedication to excellence is evident through her collaboration with the Wedding Consultants Association and active participation in Romance Industry events.
Florencia holds a certification in English from the University of Michigan, further enhancing her skills in the field. Currently, she serves as a Wedding Planner at Karla Arroyo Event Architect, where her expertise ensures the seamless events.
